Cooper Young is a part of old Mid-Town Memphis that contains a lot of history. So it is only fitting that we build a product as glorious as its surroundings. Along with many other projects completed in Cooper Young, here are our new construction homes completed in the neighborhood.

Coffered Ceilings? Oh yeah.
Even more incredible in person, the ceiling in this home looks like it came out of a magazine.
Powered by Philips HUE, the lighting themes and patterns that can be programmed are limitless, making it fun for the Holidays or game night.
The beams were wrapped with 1x6 and the paint color was Urbane Bronze by Sherwin Williams to match the trim.
The rest of the walls were Mindful Gray by SW.
Make Cooking Exciting.
You should be proud to cook in your kitchen… Especially when it looks like this.
Under cabinet lighting showcases the thick edged marble and glass and stainless steel backsplash.
On top of the stainless steel appliances and range hood, all of the small details matter (such as the pot filler, custom cabinet pulls, and designer pendant lights and dining chandelier.
Under Cabinet Lighting to the Max.
Along with the typical under cabinet lighting in the kitchen, we also decided to add a little extra spice.
In the bathrooms, we went with a more modern, floating vanity, instead of the traditional style that sits on the ground.
Underneath those vanities are Philips HUE tape lights, a smart feature that can help add to your preferred lighting mood of the home.
