Asbury Place: Olive Branch, Mississippi

Olive Branch; a friendly town, with southern charm.

Olive Branch is a suburb of Memphis that is located in North Mississippi. Here, Brock has completed many new builds in various communities.

This page will focus on Asbury Place, a community of 55 lots. When planning Asbury Place, we wanted to make sure to bring a product to market that did not exist in North Mississippi, and we did just that.

The modern touches, such as class handrails, indirect LED lighting, and quartz countertops help spotlight the direction we were heading. This community and these designs were a gigantic hit within the community.

Glass Handrails (in Northern Mississippi)

Even more incredible in person, the glass handrails in this model home look like it came straight out of South Beach.

Features like this are only found in extremely high end homes, not the typical suburban neighborhood home, like we decided to do.

We want everybody to have a taste of the finest style and designs.

The walls are Extra White by Sherwin Williams.

Country Modern.

Our craftsman model includes some gorgeous touches.. Cedar beams tie in the living area and kitchen quite tastefully.

The black and white theme in the kitchen, coupled with the subway tile backsplash make for a clean feel that is not lacking in taste.

It’s time for family dinners at the dinner table again.

Maybe with a dining room like the one found in the Tudor model, that would be more possible!

With the coffered ceiling, natural light, and gorgeous chandelier, you will want to have dinner at the dinner table again!
